Great job on a difficult roof.
Pond Roofing earned a five star review from me. Shanti Smith arrived on time and gave me an accurate estimate of the total cost of the roof replacement. My roof was replaced ahead of schedule-not a month lead time. Felipe and his crew were professional and courteous. They did an excellent job and cleaned up the debris, finishing on time as scheduled. phenomenal customer service - i've used this company for a roofing repair, suntunnel installation and new windows.
I can't say enough about how great their sales and service teams are - they always follow up to make any outstanding issues right.
At one point I had a small roof leak, and they came out multiple times before they could find the very sneaky source - and never charged me for any of their time.
