Very professional: were able to come earlier than they initially scheduled, communicated quickly & confirmed it was ok. Price was reasonable - they aren't rock bottom, but they were better than another bid I got, and I appreciate working with contractors who show up when they say they will, do what they say they're going to, and call you back when you call them! Refreshingly easy to work with. Will use them again for sure.

We had our gutters replaced and gutter covers installed by Pond Roofing. Everything about the experience was very professional, from the estimator to the installers to the back office billing. Very courteous employees, and the quality of the work was outstanding. I would recommend Pond to anyone.
I didnt have my roof done by this company, but my neighbor did. The crew was inconsiderate to my flowers and other property. A guy even stood directly on my flowers. Someone came to take pictures of the damage. I have yet to hear back from anyone. I found five nails on my driveway two days after they lef. I'm fortunate not to have a flat tire.
