I used Pond to replace the flat roof on my house and to change 2 scuppers. They were efficient, they listened to my requests, answered my questions and did a good job. No complaints about the work. I would use them again in the future.
I considered giving 4 stars instead of 5, because they have a long lead time to schedule work and they aren't cheap. I gave the full 5 because there was a lot of rain this year and they weren't the most expensive either.

I believe Pond Roofing is one of the best roofing contractors in the area. My home has a complicated roof that includes asphalt shingle, EDPM (rubber membrane), three engaged dormers and three engaged chimneys. I was very impressed when the President of the company came out during the start of the job and made sure my goals where well understood.
Replacing a roof system generates a lot of debris and Pond Roofing did an excellent job of cleaning up during and after the work was completed.
