I'd like to comment on this company's wonderful customer service. Patrick was extremely gracious in helping my daughter out for her science fair project which involved roof shingles. Her group was having a hard time securing materials, and most companies were fairly dismissive of our queries. Great experience. Entire roof replaced shingles, boards, gutters and ventilation system. In the end price was in line with all other quotes. I received cheaper quotes for just shingles, however quotes for entire roof were all about the same.
Really terrific company from start to finish. The staff person that came out to do the estimate was professional, factual, and explained everything east. The estimate was extremely competitive. The crew that did the work was very good as well and except for the new roof when I returned from work, I would not have known they were there. They followed-up to provide my certificate and make sure I was satisfied. Best company I have worked with on major home repairs.
Pond Roofing was recommended through Angie's List, but you have to do your due diligence. We interviewed 4 roofing contractors, and got the best feeling and past performance reviews from Pond. Their work was excellent, we chose to re-roof, and glad we went with Pond.
