This review is being provided as requested by Pond - Pond Roofing did not give us a great experience. We agreed on a gray roof with Cameron, and instead a red roof was installed, our plants were damaged (understandable but would have like this acknowledged by the team), and a piece of the gutter was off when they left. Excellent experience with Pond Roofing. We asked for a roof inspection, and got very helpful details from the person who inspected it. No heavy sales pitch. We ended up just having gutters replaced (decided to wait for a year or two before doing the roof). The gutters and downspout look great! We will definitely hire Pond Roofing again when we are ready to replace our roof.
The entire process was professional, prompt, well explained, flexible and delivered.
