It turned out to be a relatively simple fix, but one that might have cost me $500-600 to technically book the job through the company. We agreed on a gray roof with Cameron, and instead a red roof was installed, our plants were damaged (understandable but would have like this acknowledged by the team), and a piece of the gutter was off when they left. We also should have acknowledged the damage to your flowers, and we apologize for missing that. This gave us the chance to re-examine our entire color selection process and put safeguards in place, so it never happens again. Excellent experience with Pond Roofing. We asked for a roof inspection, and got very helpful details from the person who inspected it. No heavy sales pitch. We ended up just having gutters replaced (decided to wait for a year or two before doing the roof). The gutters and downspout look great! We will definitely hire Pond Roofing again when we are ready to replace our roof.
