From the beginning, it was a very good experience. Our Estimator, Cameron, was very professional and explained everything in great detail. When the job started, Robert, our project manager, kept us up to date on all the issues and timelines. He was incredibly helpful and his crew was good. The clean up was excellent and Robert even came back afterwards to check the clean up and the roof. Overall, Pond Roofing was fantastic; I highly recommend them if you have a roofing job.

I recently had my roof replaced and it was a very positive experience from beginning to finish. A leak developed in a bedroom ceiling which could have ended badly if not corrected quickly. Pond Roofing's technician did a thorough investigation which convinced me that the roof needed to be replaced. The work was completed within a day due to their expertise and numerous staff.
