We used Ponds in the past to install a new roof and when we had an issue with a skylight we naturally reached out to Ponds to replace all three of our skylights. As with the roof, the skylight install was completed in the same outstanding manner as our roof replacement. Ponds is customer focused and a top notched organization!

EDIT: This company has made things right the best they can.
I arranged a day/time for Pond Roofing to give an estimate to replace my front door. The estimator came out to provide the quote and after they left, I never heard anything else. Never got the quote. Attempted to reach out to the estimator directly, and nothing. Called the company who said they would also reach out to the estimator, and still nothing. I suppose they are too busy for door replacements or just enjoy wasting folks time.

Mr. G- We appreciate your feedback. While I wish it was better, I am still grateful that you took the time to post this fair and honest account of your experience. We failed you. Our estimator was ill-prepared to handle your door request. We should have prepared him better. We certainly don't wish to waste anyone's time.
We feel that we have a very solid process in place that keeps things like this from falling through the cracks. It's not perfect and we relentlessly work to improve our systems and processes. It's only when something fails and someone lets us know that we can fix it and make it better.
