Fausto and an assistant did a very good job of repiacing the rotten part of a facia board, wrapping it, and realigning the gutter attached to it, adding some addtional flashing, and repalcing some 20 wind-damaged shingles on March 7. My only critisism is that he forgot to replace the damaged shingles until I reminded him that this was in the contract that i had signed. He promptly completed the job to my complete satisfaction. Pond was the lowest of the quotes I got. So, I gave them the work of repairing the flat roof on the porch. They scheduled the job as promised and completed in a day. I'm very happy with their quality and service.
