David the estimator was excellent; the crew of Binh, Pedro, Fausto, and Carlos were highly professional, friendly, and efficient; and the folks in the office were engaging and knowledgeable. When we needed some follow-up work done to frame the skylights, David and Anthony were all over it. The real star was “Dr. Minh” who spen... Read more

Our window replacement was seamless with 11 replacement windows and some structural repairs completed all in one day. The product, installation, and crew were all 5 stars.

No work is perfect, but what matters is how a company handles any issues brought to their attention. This is where Pond Roofing excels. Most of the issues that we experienced were associated with the workmanship of the crew. Each Pond manager that we spoke with listened carefully to our concerns, confirmed the problems, and promptly presented a plan to resolve all issues. This was handled quickly, efficiently, and professionally. We were not asked to pay the balance of the job until all of the i... Read more
