Fausto and an assistant did a very good job of repiacing the rotten part of a facia board, wrapping it, and realigning the gutter attached to it, adding some addtional flashing, and repalcing some 20 wind-damaged shingles on March 7. My only critisism is that he forgot to replace the damaged shingles until I reminded him that this was in the contract that i had signed. He promptly completed the job to my complete satisfaction. Pond replaced our roof after our renovation contractor did poor work seaming the old and new roof. They worked directly with our solar contractor to coordinate removal of our solar panels. I was super happy with the entire process from start to finish. I highly recommend the company.
