I had to deal with several roofing companies and I am glad that we ended up with Pond Roofing. Von was absolutely great, professional, helpful, and understanding. I highly recommend working with this company and trusting them with your project.

All the excellent reviews were true! Their website layout is great and includes lots of detailed information for their customers. I spoke to a friendly representative over the phone when booking our inspection. The in-person appt. with Von Ward was excellent. He was on time, friendly, very thorough, and provided us with an organized packet which included all the information that was explained to us. We received an e-mail proposal shortly afterwards which was accurate and broken down into great ... Read more

We had our roof & gutters replaced with Pond Roofing. This company provides top quality customer service and they make every customer feel like you are their only customer! Joe, the estimator is a top notch guy. He gave us the estimate we needed and waited patiently for us to get pre-approval from our HOA so we could move forward with the project. There were no high pressure sales tactics used - Joe was just an honest and straightforward guy. During the entire project Nataly the production coord... Read more

Within a month or two of our installation of new roof, Arlington had some very strong storms. Many of our neighbors had damaged roofs, but we were very secure.
We were very happy with Pond's professionalism and our timing. We c... Read more

Wonderful job and coordination! Stuffs are knowledgeable and guiding detailed process, not much concern during the initial consultation. Selected roof materials and choices were clear with competitive price. Installation took about 10 hours, putting all cares and details. The Pond Roofing Company is listed on our community monthly news letter (printed) so I knew that I can count on. Yes, they did a great job. Thanks you.
