There are certain time and scheduling constraints you do not realize the moment you make a call for new gutters. But once I was next on the schedule the work done was excellent. I had gutter guards included in my service, but was told there was a manufacturing delay, so my home took separate days to complete. That being said, I would recommend Pond to neighbors. I'd encourage customers to review your order when confirming your appointment over the phone.
Hired Pond to replace our roof and gutters and we're happy with the work. They were the most reasonably priced among multiple estimates for a roof and gutter replacement.
They completed the roof in one day, and the gutters in one day. They additionally came back and removed an old satellite dish at no charge, despite a miscommunication on our part on what we wanted done with it.
