We had such a great experience with Pond Roofing! The sent Frankie out as the sale rep to evaluate and review our options. Frankie was friendly and extremely professional and offered great information. I was really impressed with his level of customer service. We had the repairs completed and the guys they sent out were also very friendly and got the repairs done in a timely manner. I highly recommend Pond Roofing! They are excellent! Cameron was quick to respond to my call, came out and walked me through the process explaining the high value of materials used by Pond. Natally was great to assist with scheduling and answers to my foll on questions. The installation was perfect with the end product looking wonderful. I smile every time I pull into the driveway.
