Their bid was low-pressure and professional: other contractors came in with high estimates and said we will give you 60% off if you respond by such and such a time. Pond did not do that. Easy communication with tons of photos and excellent job! Pond Roofing even came back to replace the color of the shingles to our satisfaction. Got wonderful service from Pond Roofing today — as in the past. I highly recommend them. They installed a new roof in my house 10 years ago. It was a great job, and I have yet to have a single problem with it. Today they came out to advise me how to deal with a problem with flashing (on an addition roof they did not install). They could not have been more helpful or friendly. Pond has a great reputation, and it’s easy to see why!
