They did a good job. Roof looks great and they worked with the siding contractor to make sure the flashing was done properly for Hardie board. They worked very quickly, arrived on time and did a good job with cleanup as well.

Pond was willing to submit a written proposal in a competition - I obtained three proposals. Proposal details were extensive, so I could understand technology of each component, even though shingles are a commodity. Sales rep answered questions like an expert, as if he came from installing a roof yesterday. Also, sales rep made himself available during the job.
