Ten years ago, we had a screened porch roof that leaked, and three different companies tried, and failed to fix the leaks. It wasn’t until Pond Roofing came out and immediately saw the roof slope was much too shallow for shingles and needed to be treated as a flat roof. Once they installed the new roof system, we never had a problem. We give Pond Roofing 5/5 stars for every stage of the process—from the initial meeting and project estimate, to the installation, to the final cleanup and inspection. Our home was built in 1940 and the roof had a lot of problems in addition to leaks. One of the first things the Pond estimator did was install a temporary tarp to see us through until the crew was scheduled (a special thanks to Joe Gajewski). Pond (Anthony in particular) was the only one that diagnosed the issue after many roofers coming in. And once we scheduled the work, Pond's organization was responsive, organized, and professional. We had an excellent experience. They sent super yummy cookies afterwards as well. :)
