During AND after the work some one from POND was always following up, making sure me the customer was happy. Our house has a slate roof that is 70 years-old. We have used Pond Roofing twice in the past 8 years to repair slates damaged by falling limbs and copper flashing worn out by time and acid rain. Our experience with Pond in both instances was the same: excellent. Repairing slate roofs is more difficult than repairs to asphalt shingle roofs but Pond has the skilled and experienced roofers required. Definitely recommend.
