Everything went very smoothly from the initial inspection to the final review. All questions were answered ahead of time and there were no surprises. The roof crew installed the main roof, a detached garage roof a smaller roof on an attached shed; gutters were installed on the house. All the work, including replacing sheathing was done in two days. Really efficient!

From the first phone call, everyone at Pond was professional, open, and showed a willingness to help. From the first visit, they were focused on a solution, and options. I had a leak in a sunroom ceiling. A nail was the problem. At the first visit, the area was patched - to stop the leak. All options were discussed, the roof replaced. The workman were true professionals. They answered all my questions, identified and FIXED other small issues on the house, caulked around a window that had been l... Read more

We were very happy with our experience with Pond Roofing. They kept us well informed about the status of our roof installation, and they were flexible and accommodating to our needs. The work was done rapidly and carefully. We were especially grateful to Shanti Smith who always quickly and fully responded to our questions and concerns.

We had a small leak and thought it could be coming from the roof. We called and they came by two days later. Arrived on time and immediately went on top of the roof to look at it. They couldn’t find anything obvious but located a small hole from a nail and patched it. They did not charge for the visit or the repair. I cannot think of a more honest company. We will be using them again anytime we ever have any roofing issues.

This is an outstanding roofing company. They replaced our plywood roof and asphalt roof shingles and were top notch at every step along the way. Shanti Smith evaluated the job and provided a thorough proposal to deal with our aging roof. The team of construction professionals - Chris, Simon, etc - who actually did the work gave us a beautiful finished result. Their attention to detail and quality workmanship was evident. Shanti evaluated the project by going into our attic, surveying the ro... Read more
