I arranged a day/time for Pond Roofing to give an estimate to replace my front door. The estimator came out to provide the quote and after they left, I never heard anything else. Never got the quote. Attempted to reach out to the estimator directly, and nothing. Called the company who said they would also reach out to the estimator, and still nothing. I suppose they are too busy for door replacements or just enjoy wasting folks time.
My experience with Pond Roofing Company was INCREDIBLE!! Everyone was knowledgeable, kind and communicative. The workmanship was impeccable! Most definitely recommend!
