They were professional from the initial coordination through job completion. Unlike other companies that tried to quote us for an entire roof replacement we didn't need, they gave us an honest and accurate quote. Special thanks to Charles for his professional, prompt communication, and to the entire Pro Exterior team for their fantastic help!
We are a small condo association with 5 buildings that needed roof and skylight replacement. We thoroughly vetted 10 vendors and invited 5 to bid. Pro Exteriors was the only vendor to include the detail we were asking for. That theme carried through from start to finish. They were very professional, did excellent work, on time and on budget. Charles and his team were superb from start to finish. They responded to our inquiries in a timely way, were prompt to all appointments, communicated clearly to us throughout the project, and – apart from the new room – left no evidence that they had ever been to the house.
Hey Christopher, Clear communication and peace of mind are top priorities for us, so we're thrilled to hear you felt confident and informed throughout your roof project! Thank you so much for taking the time to share your kind words and for trusting us with your New Haven home. We truly hope you'll consider us again for any future exterior needs down the road! — The Pro Exteriors Team

(We really liked the Warranty and thoroughness in the contract). Thank goodness we went with Pro, because then we hit a technical snag in the permit process, a... Read more
