Charles and his team were superb from start to finish. They responded to our inquiries in a timely way, were prompt to all appointments, communicated clearly to us throughout the project, and – apart from the new room – left no evidence that they had ever been to the house.

OUTSTANIDNG After a lot of research on siding companies, we got estimates from 3 different firms. We went with Pro Exteriors because the salesman was a skilled communicator who really listened to us. He answered all of our questions before we signed the contract and then returned phone calls almost immediately every time we called after. Charles gave us an excellent roof inspection. He was friendly and exceptionally thorough. We really appreciated the care he took. We would definitely work with Exterior Pro LLC again if our roof ever needs any work!

Had a roof leak after a recent Noreaster. Received same day service, which was a life saver & stress reducer. Worked with Charlie, Alex, Jose & team, who were pleasant, prompt, communicative and went the extra mile to keep me informed every step of the way. Couldn’t be more pleased and would recommend!

Hi Colleen, We completely understand how stressful it is to find a sudden leak inside your home! We were glad we could get out there quickly to fix the issue and give you some peace of mind. That nor'easter definitely hit those Seymour roofs hard, but we're always just a phone call away for any future exterior needs. Thank you so much for trusting our team and for the recommendation! — The Pro Exteriors Team

Pro Exteriors was excellent!! As soon as I inquired they sent me both a text and an email. Charles Comstock called me to discuss what was needed and got back to me right away with a quote. So easy!!! Two days later his workers arrived to install the roof. All the workers were so nice; they went above and beyond to deliver a beautiful roof. Thank you Pro Exteriors.
