We had our bathroom replaced about two years ago and had a small issue with a knob on one of the drawers. Ryan showed up with a replacement knob and quickly replaced it. He also checked all other knobs and handles and tightened or adjusted what he saw, without us asking as part of the lifetime warranty service. Sean S. did a great job on the installation. We bought 2 Toto toilets, they’re amazing. We added the vanity and tub. He caulked everything and did a nice job. More importantly we felt like he was trustworthy and honest. He made the 4 day job a very pleasant experience.
