Completely Unprofessional Stay away from this company. I booked an appointment through their website to get an estimate for finishing my garage so my child would have a place to play. I even received a verification call the morning of the appointment to confirm everything was set for Friday at 6:00 PM. When my shower project was done, a mistake was apparent. Renuity accepted responsibility and agreed to correct it. I was told it would take a few weeks to authorize payment and was told to pay for the repair if I wanted it done quickly. It is now 6 weeks since they were notified of the repair cost; I have made many calls but have been told repeatedly that payment was approved but delayed. High sales pitch but Very poor Customer Service.They will never call you after you sign contract , you need to keep following up almost every time and if someone picks up without voicemail you will be lucky. Also You will be at luck if they install on time. They got initial measurement incorrect for one closet and another regional person showed up 2 weeks before install date and re-measured and out from no where they pushed the install date to more than a month again now as they want to install ...
