I worked for this company and experienced ongoing issues with unpaid commissions and inaccurate figures. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter, they stopped responding to me. I’ll be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Department of Labor regarding these concerns. Based on my experience, I recommend being cautious before considering employment here.

I found this company on an ad in the Nextdoor app. I reached out and requested a quote. They immediately called me to setup an appointment to come see my garage and give me a quote. The salesman who came out was very professional and pleasant to speak with. I bargained with him back and forth and I worked to get the price down from their initial quote for my garage which was around $8500 just for the garage ~450ish square feet. They annoy the hell out of me with their multiple phone calls...They can't take no for an answer and refuse to stop calling, even when told not to call 15 times...There's not a chance in hell that I would ever do business with this company.

I didn’t end up purchasing anything today, but my experience with Dennis was fantastic. He was attentive, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I will be calling him back when I’m ready to cover my garage floor. I am extremely adamant about not moving forward with the completion of my garage floor. The customer service I have received has been unacceptable. There has been a consistent lack of communication — no responses, no confirmations, and no follow-up. Most recently, I received a change order confirming an appointment for today between 7:00 and 8:00 AM. It is now 9:30 AM, and no one has arrived or reached out.
