When my shower project was done, a mistake was apparent. Renuity accepted responsibility and agreed to correct it. I was told it would take a few weeks to authorize payment and was told to pay for the repair if I wanted it done quickly. It is now 6 weeks since they were notified of the repair cost; I have made many calls but have been told repeatedly that payment was approved but delayed. Great product…terrible sales and customer service and communication after they get you payment. Especially considering I have an issue that is due to their error. Cancellation same day, no returned call, promises of scheduling dept calling and it never happens. Not concern for a paid customer that they continue to inconvenience.
