Great product, but customer service is non-existent. I’m happy with the finished product from Closet America, but the customer service experience has been very disappointing. I’ve been trying for over a month to order an additional part and have left at least five messages. The customer service line goes straight to voicemail every time, and none of my calls have been returned. This is not a new issue. Garbage. Tried to install different tile. Then couldn't get right tile in. Busted tiles and still waiting for replacements. Third time to do work makes conflicts. Now months away from their two day estimate.

Last year, I contracted with Renuity to put a polyurea coating down in my garage. I was quite pleased with the results, so decided to get a similar coating for my patio. I was initially satisfied with the patio as well, but after about 3 months or so, I noticed what looked like a circular stain and a streak in the finish. Very efficient and accommodating to your time and schedule. Francisco and his team very professional and informative. They were some minor set back, but the team was very professional and apologetic because of the delays. Definitely recommend them…
