I submitted a request to Angie's List (side note: I try to avoid using that site because I always get spammed afterwards) for estimates on a project, specifying that I only wanted to be contacted by email or text. These people called me 15+ times per day afterwards, and no, I'm not exaggerating. Never left a message. I get wanting to secure new business, but this was excessive.

Amazing experience with Closet America! Scheduling an appointment was super easy. Our design consultant Jamie Humphrey was phenomenal! She is a star!! We got a good deal and a a cool design. The team came out today, and installed our closets, and they are even better than we ever imagined!! Can’t recommend highly enough!!!!

I haven't even started working with his company and the experience is already bad. In two days I've received 7 to 8 calls from different people to schedule an appointment after I had already scheduled an appointment for the quote on the first conversation. The systems this company has in place like the CRM are bad. How is it that there isn't tracked calls and a history of my conversation?
