Reasonable price, meticulous work, professional staff, and a fabulous roof. Rob very professional and super to work with. He patiently answered all of my questions in a timely fashion. The field supervisor, Scott was awesome and kept us informed at every stage. The crew was professional and polite, and after they cleaned everything up, there was no hint of the work or debris during the project. They may not be the cheapest or the most expensive, but in my book they are THE best.

Excellent and professional service! Mike from the sales side and Scott and Jorge as the project managers made the process of a new roof - dare I say enjoyable! Scott communicated throughout the project and Jorge came back to instruct on the solar skylights. After shopping around for estimates I came back to Ruff Roofers because of the competitive pricing and customer service. My roof is a challenge with additions and slope changes and trusted the best for a roof to last my lifetime.

Amazing company! They replaced our roof about 6 years ago. Unfortunately, we experienced a house fire this year. We called Mike Brewer from Ruff and he was at our house the next day (on the weekend) to evaluate the damage. Needless to say that is exceptional customer service. We would never use anyone else!
