I recently had Ultra install windows in my home. I was both amazed and impressed by the timely fashion the windows were completed. Since bad weather was at hand, everyone just worked as a team and quickly to beat the rain. The crew knew exactly what needed to be done and finished in a morning. John had around 8 in his crew. We just completed a window replacement project in our home on the west side of Houston. We did a lot of homework for this before selecting Ultra Windows. We had replaced 5 windows a few years ago and had a horrible experience with another, more widely known contractor that left us frightened to replace the last 14 windows. We recently had Ultra Windows replace the windows in our backyard, and we absolutely love the result! We chose to go with one large pane of glass instead of the old style with lines across the windows, and it completely transformed the space. Aaron and his detailed information and prompt follow through was a great buying experience. 19 windows were ready from the factory in record time too! But the real shining example of customer obsession was John and his crew during the installation. Wow, such care for everything in our home, meticulous cleanup, and great communication throughout. We had quotes from los of companies, but ultimately Ultra Windows was the best. Prices were very reasonable, but they really took time to make sure they did everything perfectly. When they didn’t have exactly the grid pattern I wanted, they were able to have it custom made. They came out several times to help me when I had questions, even months after the windows were installed. Their dedication to giving their customers a good experience was extremely refreshing. They did a fantastic job in the actual removal and installation of the windows. Friendly, timely, and kept everything extremely clean. Only issue we had was that the window manufacturer built one of our windows incorrectly, so had to wait a few weeks for the new window and then wait on a time for installation. Not a big issue and it was completed. Definitely recommend Ultra Windows.
