I had an outstanding experience with Werner Roofing. Sales Consultant Mark Reiss came out to inspect the storm damage on my roof, and his level of honesty and customer care genuinely amazed me. After taking a look, he asked if I had any shingles on hand. I did — one pack in my garage attic — and when I brought them down, he grabbed a nail gun, caulk, and a few supplies and went up on my roof. Chip came out same day I called to inspect leak. Suggested remedy and acted on fix in extremely timely manner (faster than I anticipated)! Communication was excellent. Repair excellent. And price unbelievable because they did not charge for this presumably minor repair for them but major problem for me if not repaired. Cannot thank Werner and Chip enough. Will use as needed in the future and recommend their service to everyone.
