I had my siding and gutters installed by Siding Unlimited late in 2025 and early 2026. A few weeks ago, one of the downspout extensions with a bracket so the extension flips up was hit by a lawn mower. This damaged the bracket causing the extension to not flip up straight and it came back down immediately. So, I called Siding Unlimited and talked to Kaya, who was fantastic to see if they could come and replace the bracket. They did it at no cost to me and now the downspouts work perfectly. This ... I had some personal stuff come up and he was understanding and not pushy. He was always willing to to work with my schedule. While installing a window last winter, they broke many branches on my lilac tree. Today they were here putting on a new roof. They damaged landscaping that has been cared for, for years. Also nails and staples everywhere. I need to tend my gardens each day, without stepping on staples and nails. They should clean that up each day. Not after 2 days. Papers and plastic wrap everywhere. Unacceptable.
