I felt very comfortable during Heather presentation. She created the exact walk-in shower I am looking for. I got a good gut feeling about the company.
The Specialist (Heather) who came to my home was clean (took off shoes to enter a room due to outdoor allergens allergies), professional, polite, very knowledgeable about the product presented, friendly, and work diligently to get me a good deal. The price quoted is less than other companies I had been quoted for windows, but was hoping, as with several other higher quoted companies currently running specials, to get one small bathroom window free. Told it wasn't possible. The owner was pleasant...

I really appreciated how he took the time to walk me through everything and answer all of my questions.
