We hired RIHI to replace a large kitchen window and front door with sidelights and screen/storm door. UPDATED REVIEW JUNE 2026.. In regard to the review from 2 yrs ago, nothing was ever done by RI Home Improvement about the leak I complained about. So dont believe their red print about their guarantee/warranty BS. They do NOT stand behind their work or product. We contacted them again earlier this week when we called another very well established roofer in our area to fix a different leak in another roof that they did NOT do. Heather Fournier was our sales representative and she was excellent. She provided every piece of information we needed to make a decision, took good care to think through our project with us, and was transparent (ha, window joke) in all ways about what we were going to be paying for. Great job!
