I was skeptical when Daulton showed up in a wrapped Cybertruck to give me a bid-but his majestic mullet, thoroughness and quick follow up sealed the deal. Bid presentation, acceptance and scheduling was seamless. Everything went as stated/scheduled. Two minor mishaps occurred during the job, but they were quickly remedied by the Pro Bid team. The roof looks great and I even received picture documentation of the completed job. I would definitely contact them again for future work.

After after have some storm damage back in March. Called insurance and Probid to come and provide an insurance quote. Jake came and talked to me and didn't hesitate to make me feel comfortable and help me understand the insurance process. My insurance company denied the claim. Probid called the insurance company to advise them that the roof is not manufactured anymore they could not repair the roof per the insurance guidelines. Bobby Boehme was great to work with. I had issues with a leaking roof from storm damage and he came out the same day I contacted Probid. He kept me informed throughout the process and went above and beyond to help make it a seamless process (especially with a duplex and different insurance companies) I was highly pleased with the roof installation and cleanup. The office manager contacted my insurance company for me which made the whole process less stressful.

We had an inspector for insurance claim our roof was in poor condition. Less than 24 hours after calling, Daulton was at the door. He took pictures and assured us it was not in poor condition. He also took my emails and texts asking several questions and explaing each one. I know one thing when it's time, he will be my first and only call.

It was a pleasure working with Jake and Pro Bid last month for a new roof due to hail damage. He made the process so easy from meeting with the insurance adjuster, explaining the contract and warranty to scheduling the installation. The roof was completed and everything cleaned up in one day.
