The outer pane on the skylight in our kitchen shattered and left us in a panic with impending rain and expecting a house full of family the next day for Easter. Jack came out to give me an estimate - but started taking his boot covers off and preparing to leave when I mentioned I wasn't ready to move forward until the Summer and wanted to get some quotes to budget. He ballparked my roof about 2x more than 3 other quotes as well, wasn't wanting to give me an estimate still on roof and windows because he thought it was a waste of time.. easiest way to never get business is to not send out an estimate.
