Quick, deliberate, no nonsense work. The crew didn’t have to run around, back and forth for materials. They did the job, and cleaned up like they hadn’t been there. The new roof looks great. Smith Builders installed standing seam metal roofing on our home. They proved themselves to be reliable, professional, and accountable, delivering a quality product. Brandon from Smith Builders walked us through a project to repair leaking sky lights that had been installed by another company. Brandon was helpful in describing the process of work to be done and recommended a shingle color that would match the existing shingles in the affected area. Smith's Builders were not the cheapest contractor for siding, BUT they were the best i have used. 2 other contractors started, took the money, then never finished. They were no bs, efficient, yet polite/professional and finished a job in 1 day that another contractor quoted a week for. Sometimes you have to pay for quality rather than watching your wallet. I would recommend asking for Nate when getting your quote.

Smith builders project manager was prompt in getting me an estimate, great to brainstorm job details with me, excellent communications. The crew was very professional on the job site and clever in reacting to site specific details. The quoted cost was fair market price, and when the crew found that the job could be simplified once we found less hidden damage than expected, the contract price was adjusted. I would hire them again for similar work

Brandon and the crew were great. The crew was efficient, friendly, and overall did a great job with my gutter installation. Great communication through email and phone calls. They took the time to explain a few things about the system installed and answered questions I had during the quote process and installation. I will definitely recommend.

The crew did a great job, they were fast taking the shingles off and putting the new ones on. They draped the house in netting to catch the shingles, did a great job cleaning up. Went arround the house several times looking for nails etc. Ive found only small pieces of plastic from the shingles and one nail. Thats preaty good.
