Leave a Review for Smith Builders

We recently hired Smith builders to replace our shingle roofs, on both our home and garage. We also had them replace old fascia board wrap them in metal and wrap our soffits, as well as install new gutters. We were blown away at both the professionalism and attention to detail demonstrated by all the crews. From the project manager Nate, to the roof foreman Chris we were always kept in the loop. The roofing crew was top notch and if you didn’t notice the roof being done you wouldn’t know they ha... Read more

The team was efficient, on schedule, and quiet. Communication was good as the project evolved. I have been very happy with the whole process!

I thought the workers on both roof and chimney repoint were great. I have not seen photos nor been up on the roof to inspect, however, from the ground it all looks great! My son-in-law will inspect when he visits. I am happy. I would recommend Smith Builders. Brandon kept me up-to-date on the project. It was a pricey project, but accepted that for a first-class job. Thank you Smith Builders!

We had an excellent experience with Smith Builders roofing company when they replaced the ridge caps on our roof. From start to finish, Nate Flewelling and his crew, were professional, reliable, and very easy to work with. They arrived on time, explained the work clearly, and completed the job efficiently and with great attention to detail. The quality of their workmanship was excellent, and they made sure everything was done properly and left the area clean when they finished. We really apprec... Read more

Efficient and respectful from quote to completion. Crew did great work, left it spotless! Well done Smith Builders !

Zach is really great with communication and checking in after job was complete. Chris and crew were very nice and did a thorough clean up after project completion.

Smith Builders, building believers . . . one job at a time. Meh, we'll put a pin in that and workshop it later. Can't say enough good things about the crew that recently sided my house. Well, turns out I CAN say enough good things as I'm sure this box will restrict me to a certain amount of space and thus, a finite amount of things, but know this perspective siding buyer . . . even when the praise stops here in written form, it will continue apace on the streets, at work with colleagues with ... Great company to get our new gutters. Process was seamless from the beginning to end with Zach meeting with us prior to install to answer all questions. Nice warranty and local company. We are very pleased with the outcome!

This is the experience you want to have when you get your roof replaced. From first contact through completion of the project yesterday, Smith Builders exceeded every expectation I had. Zach Christian was the Project Manager for my new roof, and mad the process quick and painless. Set up the appointment for an estimate to repair my old peak vents, or get an entire roof. Zach showed up on time, did a thorough inspection, and gave me options… No pressure to go one way or the other, and Zac... Read more
