Update: the technicians who were scheduled to tarp our roof did not show up for the appointment. Kurt met with me to discuss my roof repair/replacement. He did a thorough inspection of my roof, and determined that the 3 roofing companies that previously bid my project (Elemental, Bondoc, and Rangel) were full of ______ by telling me they couldn't make the repair without it being a full replacement.
