I dealt with Kirkland the salesman and Carlee at Rhino Roofers they came to my home wasted my time. They sent me one quote on something. I didn’t want at all because no one bothered to ask me what I was looking for. Then I asked for a new proposal and Carlee said she would work it up and send it to me and never heard from these people again. I just met with Andres Mendoza from Rhino Roofers, He is very professional and shows a pride in his company as he explained the companies background, goals & achievements! Andres explained he would manually do walk over roof, while taking video of what he sees & reports in real time! Happy to report I received a good check up! Andres is very personable! Andres came out to inspect my roof to check for damage from a recent hailstorm. He was prompt, efficient and courteous and after 20 mins he told me my roof was in good shape. No pressure to replace or change. This was a refreshing change from high pressure sales and/or unpleasantly self-assertive vendors which has been my experience as of late. When my roof needs replaced, Rhino Roofers will have my business.
