Mike was amazing at explaining the whole process and what needed to happen. I liked how he showed pictures of our actual roof and how it was able to put reality of the work that needed to be done in my eyes.

So far, the booking process has been amazing. Tatijana was so knowledgeable and friendly. She came and looked over the home and gave us an outstanding report with photos. Carlee, who called to collect payment was also amazing. She helped me get in touch with Jupiter who came out that day to tarp our roof to prevent further damage from the upcoming rain. Super awesome so far. Can’t wait to schedule fixes and get this completed correctly, as this was the result of poor work from MI Homes builders. Read less
