I called this company with about a million questions. Emily in the production department picked up the phone and was extremely professional! She never once acted like I was bothering her or was an inconvenience, despite me keeping her on the phone for what seemed like forever. She was extremely knowledgeable about all of the products and services they offer, there wasn’t a single thing she couldn’t answer! Rhino Roofers and Levi are amazing! 10/10 recommend!
Rhino Roofers came out again to look at our roof because there appeared to be some damage. Justin was prompt and arrived on time. He inspected the roof and mentioned the damage was so small there would be no charge, and it would be fixed the same day. Very professional and courteous. I am a repeat customer and will continue using Rhino Roofers.
