Rhino did a great job of keeping me updated about the status of the roof replacement. In particular, Emily was very helpful and was always ready to answer all my questions. They got the entire roof replaced within 1 day and cleaned up everything so you would never know that they'd even been out there. They offer also offered several flexible financing options. Very thing was going well until some of the roofer started dropping nailers within the ceiling of the house and materials on the roof living room ceiling caved in, call Victor the field manager and he took charge of the damage. He had made some calls and had a carpenter. Come and check everything out and started repairing the ceiling in the living room.
