Still waiting on my estimate but service so far has been exceptional. I called to schedule a free inspection and Alex Paz made himself available to come on-the-spot to inspect my roof same day. He was very patient and took time explaining my roof, issues, options, and insurance practices. He never rushed me and never tried pushing sales on me. As a first time homeowner, this was important and much appreciated.

Called Rhino Roofers for roof damage repairs. Jacob came out same day to inspect roof and repairs that needed done. Excellent customer service by Jacob.
