Still waiting on my estimate but service so far has been exceptional. I called to schedule a free inspection and Alex Paz made himself available to come on-the-spot to inspect my roof same day. He was very patient and took time explaining my roof, issues, options, and insurance practices. He never rushed me and never tried pushing sales on me. As a first time homeowner, this was important and much appreciated.

I’m in the process of seeing about another fix but when I talked to their rep that was sent out, Jack Aragon, he was professional, friendly, and informative! They couldn’t have sent anyone better out to talk over the details. And this was just to look at my roof! Nothing was set in stone yet. Although I didn’t use this company to put in a new roof, they’re going to be my first choice for when the time comes. Great company from what I’ve seen!
