I have used Rhino Roofers to inspect several of my rental properties' roofs. Jack Aragon inspected 4 properties and only one had damage that needed addressed. While he was up there inspecting he even trimmed some limbs off an area that was rubbing and causing damage. He worked with our insurance adjuster and coordinated a full roof replacement. I was looking into local roofing companies and decided to give Rhino Roofers a shout. Jack Aragon came out for a roof inspection and estimate. I was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism and full knowledge of all aspects of the potential project that I had in question. Still waiting on my estimate but service so far has been exceptional. I called to schedule a free inspection and Alex Paz made himself available to come on-the-spot to inspect my roof same day. He was very patient and took time explaining my roof, issues, options, and insurance practices. He never rushed me and never tried pushing sales on me. As a first time homeowner, this was important and much appreciated.
