I would like to start by saying that it is hard to find a company that not only stands behind their name but, puts customer care above all. We had an issue with our roof, so I called and spoke to Carrie (manager). She listened, heard me and moved forward that day to resolve my problem. Gus (production manager) contacted me to set up appointment for the next day. Today 2 men repaired a small portion of my flat roof.
