I told the lady I had an emergency In which she proceeded to ask me all these detailed questions. After all that, she says they aren’t available till April 7th. I don’t understand how you don’t know your emergency availability and ask all these questions when she was told I needed someone tonight. Extremely unprofessional!
I thought I might have had some shingles missing with the recent high winds and several of my neighbors having damaged roofs. Jimi was very professional and provided a thorough free inspection of my roofing and thankfully there was no damage. I'm very thankful for this especially considering I had another roof repair company inspect my roof the previous week and they told me I was missing a shingle and wanted to charge me $350 to replace one shingle.
