Great service which consisted of, notification to confirm appointment date and scheduled time, text reminder day before inspection, notification prior to arrival time, text message showing photo of inspector, a 5 minutes advance notification of inspectors arrival. Inspector provided an overview of the inspection procedure, photos of inspections and areas of concern shown and discussed, recommendation if roof replacement was or wasn’t warranted, photos (50+) of inspection emailed for future doc... Andreas’ inspection and explanation of the process were very thorough. He seemed quite knowledgeable and detailed, and still clear in how he described everything down to the quality and use of the materials and the pricing for a turn-key job. We haven’t decided on the roof yet, but the price seems reasonable.
