I was completely impressed by Rhino Roofing in the way they did a roofing estimate that I asked for. Their representative Kurt McDermott was absolutely amazing. He spent a long time inspecting the roof with amazing high tech tools. The estimate was very complete and exactly what I needed. He listened intently and was very patient, being sure he covered everything throughly.
We had a great experience with Rhino Roofers and everyone that worked with us to get our roof done. Kathleen was great and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Justin came to do our quote for us and was very thorough and informative. Matthew was our project manager and he made sure to keep me up to date on their progress and anything they encountered that could cause some changes to the job. Loved the progress photos from start to finish as well! Definitely recommend them!
I would give them 6 stars if that was an option. Was a general contractor in residential construction for over 35 years and never had a crew this fast and responsive.
Christian came by and gave us an inspection. He was very professional and thorough. His report was comprehensive and i appreciated his walk through of "immediate" needed repairs vs "you should probably get this done in the near future" repair options. I like how RR doesn't use subcontractors, too, per Christian.
