**Update#2**: Mar 13, 2025. Canceled appointment set for today found another roofing company to do repair. Full replacement not required. Overall rating 3.5⭐ because they asked to change rating in exchange for a very good discount 🤔. **Update#1**: Mar 7, 2025. Within an hour of posting Kathleen called (owner or worker?) and said she could set up an appointment to get my roof inspected and which I was a little reluctant at first and surprised.
