Update: the technicians who were scheduled to tarp our roof did not show up for the appointment. Kurt met with me to discuss my roof repair/replacement. He did a thorough inspection of my roof, and determined that the 3 roofing companies that previously bid my project (Elemental, Bondoc, and Rangel) were full of ______ by telling me they couldn't make the repair without it being a full replacement. Kurt was awesome. He explained the process for installing the roof, and showed me the different options that were available. He was exceptionally thorough with his presentation. Kurt made me comfortable with the decisions I made, and did not push to sell me the ones I chose not to get at this time. He made the experience light hearted and as stress free as possible.
