When I called, the kindness and excellent customer service started w/Kirkland. He said he woukd have the correct dept rep reach out to me. And, within 15 min, Tara called. After explaining my problem to Tara, we set an appointment (10/8 @ 1130). On appointment day, due to circumstances out of my control, I informed Tara I'd have to cancel.
